Request Support

If you've encountered an issue using the application or website, the more detail you can provide the better. This helps in tracking the problem down and eliminating it faster!

Please include in your email:

  • Are you having an issue with the Windows application or the website?
  • If you're using the website, which browser is being used (Internet explorer, chrome, firefox, etc.)
  • If an error was displayed, what did it say?
  • At approximately what time/date did the error occur?
  • What steps can be repeated in order to reproduce the error?
  • Provide as much detail about what you were doing immediately before the error happened.
Note: support is not 24/7, and may not be available urgently if you encounter errors during a task. I typically respond to support requests within a few business days. Please adjust expectations accordingly.
